Wow, we just dropped a lot of money to get our wash machine fixed, which is hard to swallow but understandable. Whats not understandable was the complete disrespect and rudeness that repair man Mark. For that money the minimum we expect is a little respect. I'll be going out of my way to highly NOT recommend your company because of our experience.
Repair service was prompt, efficient and pleasant. Manufacture warranty not so much. However, once the manufacturer finally found East Town as a local, approved service center Greg was very helpful in scheduling a convenient time and making sure he had all the parts with him that he might need.
Love the feeling of being treated like family
Service is horrible, took weeks with no results. They did however drive to my home to tell me to never call them for service once they learned I had purchased replacement appliance from another store. Wow!
My husband and I have purchased no less than 5 appliances from East Town. We have been very pleased with the products and sales staff. However, we recently purchased an Electrolux refrigerator. We selected a higher end unit to be sure we were happy with the product, its dependability and its options. About a month after delivery, the water and ice dispenser quit working. this was the start of what was to be a nightmare for us. To date we've had their service department back at least 6 times attempting to "fix" the issue with my husband needing to leave work each time. We strongly feel that although there was obviously an issue to start with, there is NO excuse for taking 6 tries to fix such a simple issue. I'm sure there is protocol they need to follow, but they crossed the line at 3 tries. We are extremely disappointed with both the service we were provided as well as East Town not accommodating us with the fact we spent many thousands of dollars there and were made to feel this was no big deal. Well guess what, their loss. They may have been convenient for us to buy from as we're only 10 miles away but if I performed my job like their service department, I WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB!!! Unacceptable East Town...We'll hit the big box stores and deal with the flunkies, at least their incompetence is obvious on the first try and they don't try to hide it with excuses.
